Abstract
Ushbu maqolada katta shaharlarda chang muammolari va uni kamaytirish usullari to'g'risida keng to'xtaldik. Chang muammolari va uni inson salomatligiga ta'siri va uni oldini olish chora-tadbirlari chet el tajribalari keltirib o'tildi. Atmosfera havosining ifloslanish darajasi bo'yicha Toshkent shahri aholisi salomatligi uchun xavf darajasi ancha yuqori bo'lib, bu uning hududida qo'shimcha sanitariya-gigiyena, sog'lomlashtirish va ekologik tadbirlar majmuasini amalga oshirishni taqozo etadi. Atmosfera havosini tozalashga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar, yechim va takliflarimni keltirib o'tdim.
