Abstract
This study examines the impact of governance in public institutions on the organizational commitment of civil servants in Morocco. Using a quantitative methodology, data were collected from 183 civil servants in various Moroccan public institutions. The findings reveal that governance, primarily focused on financial regulation, neglects employee interests, negatively impacting their affective commitment. Additionally, involving civil servants in decision-making and strategic human resource management are crucial levers for improving organizational commitment. These conclusions underscore the need to revise governance practices to create a more inclusive and motivating work environment for civil servants.
