The data are analyzed using both the quantitative and qualitative methods. The study sample includes (7) employers of graduate student, (384) students, and (104) university faculty members. The research design utilizes both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The strategic development plan, yearly reports, and accreditation reports are among the internal papers that the Deanship of Quality and Accreditation used to compile the data for the study's internal analysis of points of strength and shortcomings. A questionnaire with two major sections on quality assurance and quality culture is used to design the study tool, and its validity and stability are confirmed. The study's findings show how quality assurance guidelines might help the University of Jerash foster a culture of excellence. When compared to its contemporaries, the field of strategic planning has the highest average in terms of quality assurance requirements. The study found a connection between quality assurance and quality culture that has a common outcome, and it advocates enhancing channels of communication between the university and students in order to utilize student feedback realistically
