Impact of the Digital Talent Supply on the Development of Digital Economy in China

Digital technologies such as big data and cloud computing are booming, so that new requirements have been put forward for the digital talent supply. However, China's digital talents, especially high-end digital talents, are in short supply. This study reviewed the current situation of the development of digital economy and digital talent environment in China. By analyzing the impact of the digital talent supply on the development of digital economy in China, this study concluded that digital talent is the driving force behind the growth of the future digital economy, and the creation of a digital workforce is central to the further development of China's digital economy.
