The research is carried out with a method of the sociological poll. As a result of the carried-out factor analysis the authors proved, that there is the interrelation between the respondents' expectations and the type of activity of their organizations. This factor was the most significant one. The age of the organization and its scale had an insignificant impact on the expectations.
