Abstract
The isolated dislocation of the radial headisfrequentlydescribed in the lesion of MONTEGGIA. Howeveritcanbe a rare isolated pattern of injury in children. Only81 cases werereported in the literature to ourknowledge. The case we report concernsa 13 yearsold boy, examined 8 daysafterinjury. Because of failure of manualreduction, weperformed a surgical management withexcellent resultsafterayear of follow-up. We have discussedtreatment option and the resultsobtained.
