“We can do it together” – To ensure the development of the nation as a whole there is a need for a two stage process where students are divided according to their intellectual capability through a common test held by the governing bodies sufficient time ahead should be given when they take up courses to further their career, they should be informed and be made aware of the fact where they stand right now and should be briefed about the career opportunities at an early stage with special emphasis on identification of attributes necessary for each stream available for career.
