CURRENT STATE OF TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES IN EDUCATIONAL THEORY

Abstract
Introduction. At the stage of development of pedagogical science and requests of users of the professional education system, there is a need to introduce innovations based on the implementation of the principles of the competence approach. The innovative activity of a teacher of professional training as a special type of professional activity, the specificity of which is determined by the features of professional and pedagogical education, has not been sufficiently researched.Purpose.The purpose of the article is to find out the current state of preparation of future teachers of professional education for innovative pedagogical activity in educational theory.Methods. The following general scientific methods were used to find out the current state of preparation offuture teachers of professional education for innovative pedagogical activities: analysis of literary sources and legislative acts, synthesis, comparison, induction, deduction, generalization.Results.The analysis of the views of scientists on the interpretation of the concepts «innovation», «innovativeness», «innovative activity», «innovative pedagogical activity»was carried out. Based on the theoretical analysis of the works of scientists, the types of pedagogical innovations related to: the use of digital technologies are differentiated; organization of activities in the educational institution and in the learning process; choice of teaching method; personality development of education seekers, and a generalized schematic model of pedagogical innovations is presented. The actual interpretation of the definition of «innovative pedagogical activity»is presented and the structure of the training of future teachers of professional education for this activity is defined.Originality.The study defines the concept of «innovative pedagogical activity»as a purposeful, systematic, creative process of planning, developing, approving and introducing pedagogical innovations into the educational process of an educational institution with the aim of improving it, achieving the highest possible results, obtaining new knowledge, as well as forming innovative pedagogical practice. The structure of training future teachers of vocational training for the specified activity is outlined.Conclusion.The social significance of the stated problem is determined by the dependence of the development of society and the economy on the success of the training of vocational teachers, whose professional activity has a significant impact on the quality of personnel, which determines the efficiency of any production. This is the reason for the need for radical modernization of the educational process of training certain future specialists, in particular, the need to develop innovative competence in them.
