Abstract
Digital platforms play a key role in improving the efficiency of road freight transportation by automating processes, optimizing routes and improving interaction between participants in the logistics chain. The introduction of digital solutions allows companies to significantly reduce transaction costs, minimize risks and speed up cargo delivery. Special attention is paid to the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and big data, which contribute to increasing transparency and accuracy of decision-making. The article discusses the economic and environmental benefits of using digital platforms, including reducing CO₂ emissions and reducing fuel costs. The problems of implementing these technologies and the prospects for further development of digital solutions in the logistics industry are also analyzed.
