MONITORING OF THE COMMUNICATION CLIMATE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Introduction. For the stable functioning of telecommunications enterprises at the current stage of development of the economy of Ukraine; it is necessary to look for new sources of economic efficiency. Intangible elements such as information and communication are gaining more and more scientific and practical importance. There are problems associated with the incomplete use of personnel potential and the inability to respond in time to changes in the external and internal environment. In this regard; the problem of the communication climate is relevant for Ukrainian enterprises. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to systematize modern approaches to improving the communication climate at telecommunications enterprises. Materials and methods. Publications of leading domestic and foreign scientists on marketing; communication policy; and problems of the communication climate of the enterprise became the information base of the research. In the process of carrying out the research; scientific methods were used: a systematic approach; methods of generalization and grouping (to generalize the key problems of telecommunications enterprises in Ukraine; to systematize common errors of the communication climate of telecommunications enterprises); analysis and synthesis; comparison (to determine approaches and methods for evaluating the communication climate in a telecommunications company); scientific abstraction; logical generalization of results (for formulating conclusions). Results. The article summarizes the monitoring of the communication climate of telecommunications enterprises for the improvement of internal and external communications; namely; its key aspects; such as: statistical analysis of networks; assessment of service quality; transformation of communication networks. The complex process of improving the communication climate at telecommunication enterprises is considered; and successful examples of improving communication at enterprises of various fields of activity are given; which can be useful for telecommunication enterprises as well. The following approaches and methods for assessing the communication climate in a telecommunications company are analyzed; such as: systematic analysis of user feedback; use of specialized communication monitoring tools; conducting trainings for employees; creating an open corporate culture; measurement of key indicators that reflect the quality of communication; regular updating of the communication strategy. In order to improve the communication climate of a telecommunications enterprise; the article considers a number of common mistakes that are important to avoid and provides their characteristics. The key problems of telecommunications enterprises in Ukraine; which affect the communication climate; are summarized and systematized according to directions: regulatory changes (the need to adapt to constantly changing legislative and regulatory requirements); cyber security (protection against cyber attacks and ensuring the security of user data); technological innovations (the need to invest in new technologies and update existing systems); competition (strong competition from both local and international companies); investments (need for investments for infrastructure development; network expansion and introduction of new services); quality of service (maintenance of a high level of quality service to retain customers and attract new ones). The article analyzes the communication climate of such Ukrainian telecommunications operators as Kyivstar; Vodafone and Lifecell. Discussion. In further research; it is proposed to provide specific recommendations for improving the communication climate of telecommunications enterprises in accordance with the economic analysis and monitoring of their marketing environment.
