Abstract
Introduction. Banks play a key role in ensuring the financial stability of enterprises by providing a wide range of financial services that facilitate capital raising, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Their participation is critical for the efficient functioning of financial markets and the economy, providing the necessary support for developing business activities. Purpose. The article aims to study and analyze the role of banks in ensuring the financial security of enterprises, to reveal the main areas of their cooperation, such as assistance in raising capital, risk management, providing strategic advice and regulatory compliance, and to identify how these services contribute to the stability and development of enterprises in the current economic environment. Materials and Methods. The study uses a comprehensive approach that includes an analysis of literature, statistical data, and case studies from banking practice. The study covers various aspects of banking services, such as securities placement, risk management, lending, asset management, and international financial transactions.
