Abstract
Introduction. Today, Ukraine's military-technical cooperation is a process that makes it possible to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations with the goods necessary to deter armed aggression, such as military equipment, ammunition, weapons, dual-use goods, etc. At the same time, this type of international cooperation stimulates the development of the defense industry through the creation of joint ventures with foreign companies specializing in the manufacture of defense products and the provision of services for the maintenance of such products. Recently, the media have been full of reports on specific examples of the implementation of these types of military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and partner countries (the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc.). However, bilateral cooperation in the military-technical sphere can also be implemented by a state with an international organization that is also a party to international relations. It should be noted that this type of cooperation between the state and an international organization is an important element of Ukraine's adherence to the European and Euro-Atlantic course of the state, as envisaged by the Basic Law. At the same time, the implementation of such international relations in the military-technical sphere can provide the state with the necessary defense materials and technologies, which is essential for maintaining defense capabilities during a fullscale armed aggression. Therefore, a study of certain peculiarities of implementation of military-technical cooperation between the State and an international organization is an important element of the development of the national legal doctrine at the current stage of development of the State. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to identify and study the areas of military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and international organizations, and also to determine their characteristic features and peculiarities of legal regulation of such cooperation in Ukraine. Materials and methods. The research materials are: 1) scientific research by Ukrainian legal scholars, as well as scholars who have covered certain aspects of military-technical cooperation, in particular, military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and some international organizations; 2) national legal acts regulating certain aspects of military-technical cooperation; 3) bilateral and multilateral international agreements related to international supplies of military and dual-use goods. In writing the scientific article, the following general scientific methods were used: 1) the method of analysis (determination of certain areas of military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and an international organization, highlighting certain provisions of national legal acts and international agreements); 2) the method of synthesis (generalization of the data obtained and formation of the results of scientific research).
