Abstract

This article is devoted to the consideration of the problems related to ensuring unlimited freedom in the context of modern society. Analyzing various aspects of this issue, we will try to find out how to maintain a balance between freedom and responsibility, in order to ensure the harmonious development of society in the conditions of constant changes and challenges. We also examine the role of civic duties in ensuring this balance. Civic duties, such as obeying the law, paying taxes, and participating in public life, play an important role in guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of all citizens. By fulfilling these duties, citizens can make their contribution to the stability and harmony of society. Introduction. Freedom has many aspects: freedom of speech, freedom of vote, freedom of religion, and the list goes on. In modern Western societies, all these freedoms were established and are established through clashes, conflicts and wars, which lead to the development of democracy, where the value of freedom is one of the most important internal values of society. Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right that guarantees him the opportunity to freely express his thoughts, ideas and beliefs without any censorious restrictions by the state or other persons. This right is the basis of a democratic society and promotes the development of pluralism of opinion, free exchange of information and search for truth. This freedom is one of the main components of a democratic society where diverse views and opinions can be freely expressed and discussed. Western societies recognize the importance of freedom of speech, and this right is protected by laws and constitutions. However, there are restrictions, such as a ban on insults, incitement to violence or spreading false information. Purpose. The purpose of the research is to clarify the philosophical and legal content of the concept of “limitless freedom” in the modern information society; to find out the importance of the philosophical concept of “freedom”, its significance for the development of society and the individual; explore the legal aspects when there is a possibility of crossing the legal line beyond which freedom turns into disorder and anarchy, when unlimited freedom can lead to social chaos because it can violate the rights and freedoms of other individuals. Materials and methods. The methodological basis was general scientific and special methods of cognition: the method of dialectics — in revealing the philosophical content of the concept of “freedom”; methods of analysis and synthesis— in the justification of the legal content of the concept of “limitless freedom”; the system-structural method, which made it possible to establish the philosophical and legal meaning of the concept of “infinity of freedom”; method of the system of legal norms; comparative legal method; formal legal method.
