Teaching English to non-specialized students, those not primarily focused on language studies, presents distinct challenges and requires tailored solutions to enhance learning outcomes. This literature review examines the obstacles and effective strategies in teaching English to this demographic, emphasizing low motivation, linguistic barriers, limited exposure, and challenges related to curriculum design and teacher preparedness.
