Functioning of the "green" economy in the Republic of Belarus

The article examines the development of the "green" economy in the Republic of Belarus, emphasizing its innovativeness for the development of the country. Three main stages of the formation of an environmentally oriented economy are considered, starting from the 1990s and ending with the implementation of the National Development Strategy until 2030. The main areas are highlighted: the use of renewable energy sources, improvement of recyclable waste, development of ecotourism and organic farming.
