Development of e-commerce logistics

This paper examines the development of e-commerce in the context of the digital economy, focusing on its importance and current problems. Despite its rapid growth and popularity, e-commerce faces a number of disadvantages, including counterfeiting, online fraud and pressure on the pricing policy of suppliers. In the context of geopolitical changes and the crisis in logistics transportation, e-commerce logistics also requires attention. The work offers an analysis of key areas that require improvement, such as customer technical support, updating supply and distribution channels, as well as protecting the rights of users of digital marketplaces.
