Sustainable procurement practices in Germany: approaches, implementation and prospects

The article is devoted to the study of sustainable procurement practices in Germany, their approaches to implementation and development prospects. The work considers key aspects of sustainable supply chain management, including environmental, social and economic factors. Particular attention is paid to legislative initiatives and corporate responsibility of German companies in the context of the transition to more environmentally friendly and socially responsible business models. Successful examples of the implementation of sustainable procurement practices are analyzed, and the main challenges and opportunities for further improvement in this area are identified.
