Abstract

The article describes regional socio-economic policy as the main component of public administration aimed at the development of Russian regions. The article highlights the role of economic policy as an integral part of public policy and its long-term nature. In addition, the interrelation of the socio-economic policy of the state and the region, necessary for the development of territories, is shown.
