Abstract

The profession of firefighters and rescuers has recently become one of the first places among the most dangerous, and fire and rescue sports, as a direct continuation of the professional activities of firefighters and rescuers, one of the most technically difficult, time-consuming and traumatic sports. Fire and rescue sport is a spectacular and very dynamic sport that can captivate a person of any age. To train an athlete in fire and rescue sports, it is necessary to cultivate various physical qualities (strength, speed, endurance, etc.) that are required in professional activities related to the fight against the fiery element. At the same time, it is the psychological preparedness of an athlete in PSS that ensures the effective implementation of his technical, tactical and functional capabilities, achieving higher performance in training and improving results in competitions.
