PECULIARITIES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND CIVIL DEFENSE FORCES UNDER MARTIAL LAW

Introduction. The article examines the peculiarities of cooperation between public authorities and civil defense forces under martial law in Ukraine. The author analyzes the legal framework governing the work of state institutions and the mechanisms of their coordination in crisis situations. The author organizes the control over the implementation of the requirements of the legislation in the field of civil protection by the state authorities and local self-government bodies, since the problems of distribution of powers between these levels of government remain relevant.
