Abstract
Our Bolivia ends this year in turmoil, amid social, economic, health, and educational conflicts—every sector immersed in struggles. Protests, marches, and confrontations have become part of daily life. One stops and wonders: Is this the Bolivia we all want? Is this the Bolivia we have fought for? Is this the Bolivia we will leave to our children? Is this the Bolivia we constantly tell our students is developing? This edition reflects the effort to answer these questions—an effort by Bolivians who, through their intellect and knowledge, provide responses in each article. They support industry, promote the better use of natural resources, envision sustainable cities, leverage new technologies, and develop initiatives to transform public spaces into social regenerators. These are clear ideas and solutions for a better present, paving the way for brighter days in our country. The answers to these questions are not the responsibility of a few—they must come from each of us to build a better Bolivia. As this year comes to an end, a new one awaits, full of challenges: "Strength does not lie in physical power, but in an indomitable will."
