Abstract
This study addressed to determine the levels of perception, awareness, and acceptance of the stakeholders on the effectiveness in the utilization of different modalities brought about by the learning uncertainties. The study utilized descriptive survey research design in gathering data from 8 teachers, 90 students and 56 parents to sum up using simple random sampling method.
