Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of enterprises' digital development based on the diagnostics and assessment of the enterprise's digital maturity in the context of digital transformation. The authors define the categories of “digital transformation” and “digital maturity”. The article presents various models for assessing the digital maturity of enterprises and industries, analyzes the main structural components of these models, and considers their potential for practical implementation at domestic enterprises. The authors pay special attention to the SIRI digital maturity assessment model presented at the World Economic Forum. We emphasize that digital maturity requires a systematic awareness of all processes, key aspects and competencies related to digital transformation, as well as active implementation of digital innovations in the formation of strategy, business models and systems of interaction with partners. The analysis of the methods for assessing the digital maturity of an enterprise in this article demonstrates the diversity of approaches, each of which focuses on certain aspects of digital development. Finally, the paper emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to assessing the digital maturity of an enterprise and industry, taking into account all key aspects to form a complete and objective picture of the state of digital development and make informed decisions.
