LE METIER DENSEIGNANT AU MAROC: EXPLORATION DES FACTEURS INFLUENCANTLA SANTE PSYCHOLOGIQUE, ET LES STRATEGIES DY FAIRE FACE

This article reports on an exploratory study of the teaching profession in Morocco. Its main aim is to shed light on teachers perceptions of their profession, its demands, its impact on psychological health, and strategies for coping with them. To this end, we conducted a qualitative study with 30 secondary schoolteachers in Casablanca, from both the private and public sectors.
