A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF ACCURACY OF FAST VS CECT ABDOMEN IN BLUNT TRAUMA ABDOMEN PATIENTS WITH SOLID ORGAN INJURY

Aim: To compare the accuracy of FAST vs CECT abdomen in patients presenting with blunt trauma abdomen with solid organ injuries. Objectives:To determine the sensitivity and specificity of FAST and CECT abdomen in blunt trauma abdomen patients with solid organ injuries and to evaluate the management of blunt trauma abdomen patients according to FAST and CECT abdomen findings.
