Abstract
Aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery is a common location in cerebral arteries, and its association with agenesis of the A1 segment of the anterior cerebral artery is a specific condition that determines treatment and should always be investigated before any surgical or endovascular treatment. We report a case of an aneurysm of the anterior cerebral artery revealing agenesis of the A1 segment of the left anterior cerebral artery.
