Abstract

The paper grounded analysis of the main advantages of signals using the wavelet transform of the spectral analysis of signals using the apparatus of Fourier transformation, analyzed a number of the signals in accordance, with the basic factors that determine the choice of the mother wavelet, is shown, that for the analysis of diagnostic signals appropriate to use the Morlet wavelet.
