Abstract
The present work sets forth the development and application of a robotic manipulator arm, integrating physical prototypes (LEGO EV3 and 3D printing) with a virtual representation through a Digital Twin and an interactive dashboard. The objective of the research is to optimize industrial processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity, in accordance with the principles of Industry 4.0. The methodology employed involved the mapping of production processes in a factory located in the Industrial Hub of Manaus, utilizing an ACATECH maturity questionnaire.
