Management Mechanism and Formation of a Strategy for Adapting Enterprises in the Context of Digitalization of the Economy

Abstract
The problem of the need for enterprises to adapt to changes in the conditions of digital transformation, increasing the effectiveness of strategies being developed and implemented, and finding appropriate tools and methods necessary for this was formulated. During the study, the main approaches to defining the definition of "management" and "transformation" were systematized, a well-founded systemic approach was developed that best meets the challenges of the external environment. The adaptation of enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation represents behavioral changes in connection with qualitative systemic changes that occur and thus affect the key parameters of their activities. A mechanism for managing the activities of enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation has been formed, which is a complex multidimensional system and is based on the information approach and is a set of organizational and economic methods, instruments of managerial influence of the subject on the object of management. Structurally, the mechanism for managing the adaptation of the activities of an enterprise in the conditions of digital transformation is based on the allocation of the subject of adaptive development, substantive and supporting subsystems, the interaction of which is carried out in accordance with the chosen form of development of the management system. The functioning of the mechanism subsystems is carried out under the influence of digital transformation factors. The strategy of adaptation of enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation allows us to draw a conclusion about the expansion of methods and tools that are used in the process of forming, discussing and implementing it at the enterprise. It is substantiated that the adaptation of the strategy to the challenges of digital transformation contributes to taking into account the specifics and needs of different levels of management, ensuring their effective interaction. The obtained research results can be used as a theoretical basis for the adaptive development of the enterprise management system in the conditions of digital transformation.
