Abstract

This article describes an electromagnetically compatible with the power network asynchronous electric drive based on the frequency-current converter with serial active power filter. Electric drive has a wide speed range with high overload capacity, low sensitivity to perturbation and significantly simplified control system. The form of the currents in the windings of asynchronous machine is almost sinusoidal.
