Abstract
This paper discusses on the methodology of interviewing psychiatric patients as a case study done in a hospital, in Malaysia. The purpose of the interview is to elicit patient’s privacy concern if behavior monitoring system is applied to the hospital. This paper details out the processes from selecting patients until the process of transcribing patient’s interview. As for the result, this paper illustrates the lessons learnt from the interviewing process.
