Abstract
The mathematical model for research the electromagnetic processes in the device for transforming the sea waves energy has been designed. This mathematical model has the linear electrical machine with permanent magnets periodi-cal structure. Scientific research of the given model use the active load has been analysed. A method for calculating the mutual inductance and the winding of a linear generator. Built an object model of the device to convert the energy of sea waves.
