Abstract
Directions of theoretical and practical issues related to the instantaneous power of the electrical signals are in a number of works of the author. The lack of work involving especially energy accounting within the assessment of ener-gy processes at polyharmonic voltages and currents have been noted. The accounting and calculation of energy in these conditions differ substantially from those that occur when the signals are sinusoidal. Found that electricity price should be formed taking into account the entire complex of energy processes indicators, i.e. with power components defined by one or another way. Depending on the theoretical base which is laying by a mathematical apparatus, which is determined on the basis for electricity payment, should be implemented some concept - the pricing formula for electricity. In this formulation the question becomes for the first time. In this research shows incorrect definition of price components of existing approaches, not only for polyharmonic signals, but also for sinusoidal, since pricing formula under two-part tariff is based on the concept of total or apparent power. It is shown that the proposed pricing formula can account for all of its components using the mathematical concepts of instantaneous power i.e. active and reactive harmonic power in the sum and separately by components, alternating active harmonic power, additional power of frequency transformation, consisting in the canonical components, alternating power of frequency transformation, consisting in the non-canonical components.
