Abstract
To improve in 2?5 times the multiplicity of the starting torque of the induction motor is provided a method defini-tion, dividing the required voltage and frequency of the power supply on the basis of the variable frequency Asin-chronous motor drive based on the nonlinearity of the magnetization curve. It is established that the use of regression-noy model displayed polynomial dependence of the starting torque and current on the amplitude and frequency of the supply voltage, allows the calculation of voltage and frequency of the power source for the specified or the maximum starting torque with a minimum starting current. On the basis of the proposed structure of the automated control system for variable frequency drives, the algorithm of asynchronous electric pick-processing facility in severe conditions, electric hoist gate dam analyzed modes of load frequency converters is proposed mathematical apparatus for controlling thermal modes of induction motor during Breakaway , commissioning and operation of process machinery.
