A LAUNCH PAD FOR STARTUPS AND RESEARCHERS (ADVANTAGES OF REGULATING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND INDUSTRIAL USE)

The European Union has adopted the world's first law regulating artificial intelligence (AI), classifying AI risk levels into four categories: minimal, limited, high, and unacceptable. The law prohibits systems of “unacceptable risk,” such as subconscious influencing systems, social scoring, and emotion recognition. This article examines the benefits of implementing the new legislation for startups and research groups. Special attention is given to the application of innovative technologies, such as foam generators, in industrial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
