Abstract
The article discusses in detail the methodology for conducting non-technical inspection (NTS) of territories presumably contaminated with explosive ordnance, which is a critical stage in the system of humanitarian demining. The regulatory and legal aspects of conducting NPOs are highlighted, in particular the international standards IMAS 08.10:2019 and national regulations that determine the procedure for conducting this process in Ukraine.
