Abstract
The article focuses on the peculiarities of legal regulation of women's labor in Ukraine and internationally. It highlights the key aspects of women's labor rights protection, including benefits and restrictions aimed at preserving women's health and social role in society. It also analyzes gender inequality issues such as occupational discrimination, the wage gap, and difficulties in finding employment.
