Abstract
Introduction. The article explores the stages of formation and development of Ukraine's state policy in the field of medical and psychological rehabilitation. The process is periodized into three stages: 1991β2000, 2000β2014, and from 2014 to the present. Key legislative acts of each stage are examined, and changes in approaches to the understanding of rehabilitation are analyzed, including the shift from the Soviet model to the modern biopsychosocial paradigm.
