Abstract
Introduction. The scientific research focuses on Ukraine's mine action legislation formation and development. Legislative and by-laws that have regulated the fight against emergencies since 1991 and established the tasks of individual authorities regarding the neutralization of explosive objects were studied. The works of researchers analyzing regulatory legal acts in mine action were examined.
