A MODERN VIEW OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL MEASURES BY PUBLIC AUTHORITIES TO COUNTER COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITIES

The article carries out a comprehensive scientific study of administrative and legal measures to counter collaboration activities, which are implemented by public authorities under martial law. From the perspective of administrative law, the key tasks of such measures are analyzed, their legal nature, goals, subjects of implementation and functional features are determined. Special attention is paid to the modern regulatory and legal support for countering collaborationism, including the Law of Ukraine “On the Fundamentals of National Resistance”, the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and other acts.
