Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of administrative and legal aspects of regulating the powers of local government bodies during martial law in Ukraine. The author analyzes the main legal principles that determine the specifics of the functioning of local authorities in conditions of increased danger and limited resources inherent in the administrative regime of martial law.
