Abstract
The article explores the transformation of state support policy in the extractive sector of Ukraine in the context of sustainable development challenges. It analyzes the mechanisms of subsidy reorientation in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on environmentalization, innovation, and enhancing the efficiency of budget resource allocation. The necessity of strengthening community engagement, developing public-private partnerships, and ensuring transparency in the procedures for providing state support to subsoil-using enterprises is substantiated.
