Abstract
The basic factors for Ukraine's post-war recovery are security, stability, effective strategy focused on sustainable development, and the ability to attract investment resources. The analysis and application of the experience of countries that have already gone through post-crisis periods of turbulence, especially in comparable periods of time, are essential for analysis and possible application. The indicative aspects of such force majeure events should be studied and used as predictors for post-war planning of economic and social development in Ukraine.
