Abstract
The development and realization results of the embedded system of monitoring and forecasting of the technical state of gas-compressor units’ electric drives are presented. As a result of the experimental data statistical analysis of the main gas pipelines’ compressor stations work the operational factors affecting the work reliability of driving synchronous machines of higher power capacity are revealed. Synthesis methods of monitoring and forecasting algorithms of the machine technical state on the basis of neuro-fuzzy processes identification are presented. Hardware on the basis of smart sensors and computer modeling results of electric drives work of turbocompressors of main gas pipelines.
