Abstract

The article discusses three types of modern thinking, which are widely represented in the foreign scientific texts. Mezony-, figment- and media-thinking are taken out by researchers in the separate categories relatively recently. All three types can be easily illustrated, being guided by journalistic texts. The media thinking is inherently reproductive: man thinks of the stock phrases and stereotypes imposed to him by media.
