Abstract
ABSTRACT The paper presents finite point formulation utilizing polynomial radial basis function for bending, buckling and free vibration response of isotropic, composite and sandwich plates based on exponential higher order shear deformation theory. The governing differential equations are obtained using energy principle, and are discretized using polynomial radial basis function collocations. Several numerical results for simply supported isotropic, symmetric cross ply composite and sandwich plates are presented. The effect of span to thickness ratio, orthotropy ratio and number of layers of the plate is also presented
