Роль психологической диагностики в подготовке специалистов в вузе на современном этапе развития профессионального образования

The article proves significant for the present stage of development of vocational education point of view, which is that modern conditions of preparation of high school graduates, due to the peculiarities of admission of students on the results of the exams only, without taking into account their personal characteristics, abilities and possibilities in the chosen specialty, require additional conditions to form them as professionals. As such condition, we can treat actualization of psychological diagnostics during training in high school in order to identify and develop the individual characteristics of the students professionally significant for the chosen specialty.
