Abstract

Wide class of electric drives, in particular what are used in mechanisms of agricultural and domestic appointment, have the stochastic torques of load which essentially worsens technical and economical indicators of work of such electric drives. To raise efficiency of their work it is possible due to of creation of the closed systems with statistically optimal regulators. On an example of the closed system ?the voltage converter - the induction motor? the technique of synthesis of statistically optimal systems by criterion of a minimum of root mean square error of the stabilized parameters which in case of the voltage regulated induction electric drive in an optimization mode of power consumption is optimal slip is developed. Optimal structures of regulators of the closed electric drives of such class depending on a kind of random loads are defined. Simulation of work of the electric drive of a crusher of grain has shown efficiency of a filtration by statically optimal regulator of the high-frequency components of random torques of load, increase of cyclic indicators of energy efficiency of the electric drive, such as cyclic efficiency and power factor, reduction of dispersions of its outlet parameters - the electromagnetic torque, speed, current.
