Abstract
To improve the efficiency of the pumping stations is necessary to improve the existing and new justification meth-ods and means to regulate their process parameters. A promising way to control the parameters of pumping stations is the use of a turbine mode of the parallel pump station, which allows you to change the performance within the required limits with simultaneous recovery of energy. In this paper, the operation of urban water supply pumping station when developing a model schedule of water supply through the use of a turbine regime of one of the pumps operating in par-allel. For the performance of the turbine control algorithms for calculating the modes and operation of the pumping station, which take into account the conditions of the transition variable pump mode to mode and features of the parallel operation of the units. These estimates show that the regulation of the turbine performance can be achieved to reduce power consumption by 19% per day compared to the frequency.
