Abstract
ANNOTATSIYA
Mazkur maqolada ta'lim tizimida gender tenglik madaniyatini shakllantirishning ijtimoiy-psixologik asoslari keng va tizimli tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda gender tenglik tushunchasi, uning ta'lim muhitidagi ahamiyati, gender stereotiplari va diskriminativ qarashlarning shaxs psixologik rivojiga ta'siri ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, o‘zbek va xorijiy olimlarning izlanishlari tahlil qilinib, ta'lim tizimida gender sezgirlikni rivojlantirishning samarali psixologik mexanizmlari asoslab berilgan. Maqola natijalari ta'lim muassasalarida sog‘lom psixologik muhitni shakllantirish va gender tenglik madaniyatini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi.
